100% against it. Mary Jane should be perpetually young, free and single, and married life definitely doesn't suit Spider-Man.

Well I might agree except he's been married all these years and you do expect him to be married to Mary Jane at some point in his history so I just will never get used to this whole new non-married set up. Just the way it was handled. They should have done something more natural like kill her off and then if they wanted to bring back the marriage just bring her back. Some sort of natural progression instead of this whole bogus deal with the devil revamping history bit.

I understand that, but having read a lot of stories before he got married, I disagree.  We can still have the classic Peter Parker drama interspersed between the Spidey adventures without Peter being married.

I agree.  I personally would of enjoyed an alternate reality with the FF or something as opposed to this.  The way I see it now, though, what's done is done, and Marvel will be straightening all this out this year. (2010, Happy New Year, btw)
